UniSent Flow for Office 365

Purpose

In Office 365 usual requirement is that a shared mailbox keeps a copy of emails sent from the mailbox by all members of the mailbox in its own Sent Items folder.
After enabling this feature a user faces the following inconvenience: a message sent from a shared mailbox is still present in the Sent items folder of the user mailbox.

The UniSent Flow permanently deletes from the user mailbox Sent Items folder any message sent from a shared mailbox if this message exists in the shared mailbox Sent Items folder.

The product is a Power Automate (former MS Flow) template.
This product can be used by any Office 365 user who can run Power Automate.

Installation

• Select a shared mailbox you have right to send as/send on behalf of and set its Sent items as shown below.

  

• Download UniSent3.zip file, then run Office 365 Power Automate and import the zip file into your flows list as described here.

• Re-select "Sent Items" folder in the "When a new email arrives (V3)" trigger.

  

Testing

• Log in to your personal mailbox and send a test message from any shared mailbox you have right to send as/send on behalf of.

• Make sure the message you have just sent is in the shared mailbox' Sent items folder but not in your mailbox' Sent items folder.
