Purpose
In Microsoft 365, shared mailboxes can be configured to keep a copy of all sent messages in their own Sent Items folder. See this Microsoft article for details. However, after enabling this feature, users face the following inconvenience: a message sent from a shared mailbox is still present in the Sent Items folder of the user's personal mailbox.
The UniSent flow permanently removes from the user's personal Sent Items folder any message that was sent from a shared mailbox.

Current version: 1.0.3
Installation
- Select a shared mailbox you have rights to Send As or Send on Behalf Of and set its Sent Items as shown below.

- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. When importing the flow, use your existing connection or create a new one.

- Download the "UniSent3.zip" file.
- Open Power Automate and import "UniSent3.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.

- Select "Sent Items" in the "Folder" field of the "When a new email arrives (V3)" trigger.

- Turn on the flow.

Testing
- Log in to your personal mailbox and send a test message from any shared mailbox you have rights to Send As or Send on Behalf Of.
- Verify that the message you just sent is in the shared mailbox's Sent Items folder but not in your mailbox's Sent Items folder.
Limitations
This flow requires that the shared mailbox is configured to save copies of sent messages in its own Sent Items folder (i.e., "MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled" or "MessageCopyForSendOnBehalfEnabled" is set to true).
