Purpose
The GetRealSenderScheduled flow moves sent messages to the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox they were sent from. It also records the original sender of each message.
It runs periodically (every 5 minutes by default) and can work with any number of shared mailboxes and users.

Installation
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections. When importing the flow, use your existing connections or create new ones.
- Open Power Automate and import "GetRealSenderScheduled.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.
- Open Exchange admin center. Select Recipients > Mailboxes. For each shared mailbox the flow will process, place the "sharedmbx" tag in the "Job title" field.
- Turn on the flow.
Testing
- Send an email as a shared mailbox. Note that this email appears in your Sent Items folder but not in the shared mailbox Sent Items folder.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Verify that the email has been moved from your Sent Items folder to the shared mailbox's Sent Items folder.
- Verify that the email in the shared mailbox Sent Items folder has the category "Sender: your@email.com".
