Purpose
GetRealSenderScheduled flow ensures that the message sent with the shared mailbox stays in the mailbox that it originated from (i.e., the sent message goes to Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox the item was sent from). Also, you can see who the original author of the message was.
GetRealSenderScheduled is a scheduled flow that runs periodically (let's say it starts every 5 minutes). The flow can work with any number of shared mailboxes and any number of users.

Current version: 1.0.1
Installation
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Groups" connection. Use your existing connection or create a new one.

- Open Power Automate and import the GetRealSenderScheduled.zip file into your flows list as described in the Power Automate documentation.

- Run Exchange admin center. Select Recipients > Mailboxes. For each shared mailbox the flow will communicate with, place the "sharedmbx" tag in the "Job title" field [4].

- Turn on the flow.

Testing
- Send an email as a shared mailbox. Note that this email appears in your Sent Items folder but not in the shared mailbox Sent Items folder.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Note the email you have sent disappeared from your Sent Items folder and appeared in the shared mailbox Sent Items folder.
- Make sure the email in the shared mailbox Sent Items folder has the category "Sender: your@email.com".
Warning
We do not offer a demo version; however, we offer a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to request a full refund. Upon receiving a refund, you must delete the flow.
What you get after purchase
You will receive a download link for the zip file. Import it into your flows list as described in the Installation section.
