SeparateMeetingMessages flow for Office 365

Purpose

SeparateMeetingMessages flow moves meeting requests and meeting responses you sent to the subfolder of the default Sent Items folder.

Installation

1. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. On the next step use your existing connection or create a new one.

   

2. Download SeparateMeetingMessages.zip file. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the SeparateMeetingMessages.zip file to your flows list as described here.

   

3. Turn on the flow.

   

4. Run Outlook and create the subfolder "MeetingMessages" under the "Sent Items" folder.

Testing

Make sure the meeting request you just sent is moved to the "MeetingMessages" folder.
