MeetOnBehalf is a utility for "classic" Outlook desktop (Windows) users who need to send meeting invitations from their alias addresses.

The application is a COM add-in. It can work only with classic desktop Outlook for Windows.
It cannot work with new Outlook for Windows.
If you see File on the top of the screen, you are using classic Outlook. If not, you are using either new Outlook, or a version on the web.

- You can set the default From address for meeting requests/responses
- Teams meeting requests now handled properly
Installation
- Download MeetOnBehalf(DEMO).zip archive file to any folder on your workstation. Extract all files, then run MeetOnBehalf(DEMO).exe and follow the instructions.
- Run Outlook. Select File > Options > Add-ins and make sure that MeetOnBehalf exists in "Active Application Add-ins" list.

Testing
- Open Outlook and select New Items > Meeting. Click the Settings button. Click "Add aliases". Click OK to close the settings window.
- Click the From button and select an alias from the list. Populate appropriate fields and send a meeting request.
Uninstallation
Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. Select MeetOnBehalf in the list. Right-click and select Uninstall. Follow the instructions.
About this demo version
This demo version adds the "[MeetOnBehalf DEMO]" tag to the Title line of each meeting request that will be sent from the alias address.

If you are running Outlook on Windows Terminal Services or Citrix, you should purchase 10 licenses for each Citrix/TS server or a Site license.
