Purpose
RoundRobin_Shared flow moves the messages delivered to the selected email folder of a shared mailbox to its subfolders using so called round robin algorithm.
The product is a Power Automate (MS Flow) template.

Installation

Create or select a shared mailbox. Create 3 subfolders under Inbox: sub1, sub2 and sub3. Make sure the account you will use to run the flow has "Full access" and "Send as" permissions on this shared mailbox.
- Install the flow using the file RoundRobin_Shared1001.zip.
- Place the address of the shared mailbox to the "Original Mailbox Address" field of "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" trigger. Select "Inbox" in the "Folder" field.
Click three dots and select Options. Turn off the button "Split On". Click the "Done" button.
- Save the flow.
You can select any other "root" folder instead of Inbox and any amount of its subfolders. Also, you can name subfolders as you like.
Testing
- Send 6 email messages with subjects "Test 1","Test 2", "Test 3","Test 4", "Test 5","Test 6" to the shared mailbox.
- In 3-5 minutes make sure that the messages are moved from Inbox to the subfolders as shown on the topmost picture.
