Purpose
This add-in ensures that any email placed in the given folder will be automatically forwarded to the predefined email address.
You have to create a top-level folder named "DropToForward" and any number of subfolders inside it. Each subfolder name will be used as the email address to which the dropped message will be sent.
The application is a COM add-in for Outlook.

Installation
- On a client workstation where Outlook is installed download DropToForward.zip archive file and extract all files. Exit Outlook in case it is running, run DropToForwardSetup(DEMO).exe and follow the instructions.
- Start Outlook and click File > Options > Add-ins. Select "COM add-ins" in the Manage: listbox (at the bottom of the page) and click Go button. Make sure that DropToForward is in the list and it is checked.
- Create a top-level folder "DropToForward". Select "Options" and place the tag "DropToForward" to the "Description:" field.
Select the folder "DropToForward" and create as many subfolders as you need. Name each subfolder as the email address to which the dropped message will be forwarded.
Testing
- Select any message from your Inbox and copy it to any subfolder of the "DropToForward" folder. Make sure the forwarded message is delivered to the recipient.
- Make sure that the original (dropped) message is in the "Deleted Items" folder. If you wish to delete it permanently after forwarding, place the tag "CleanDeletedItems" to the "Description:" field of "DropToForward" folder.
Make sure that the forwarded message is in the "Sent Items" folder. If you wish to delete it permanently after forwarding, place the tag "CleanSentItems" to the "Description:" field of "DropToForward" folder.
Uninstallation
Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. Select DropToForward in the list. Right-click and hit Uninstall. Follow the instructions.
About this demo version.
This demo version adds a tag [DropToForward_DEMO] to the Subject line of each forwarded message.
The full product version has no limitations.
