Purpose
In Microsoft 365 each Microsoft 365 group has the automatic reply settings.
However there are some disadvantages with this native method:
- You have to run Exchange Online PowerShell to set auto-reply.
- An auto-reply message is sent to the address specified in the From: field of the original message. It ignores the Reply-To: address if one is present.
- The body of the auto-reply message does not include the original message text.
- You cannot modify the prefix "Automatic reply:" in the Subject line.
AutoReplyGroup flow has the following features:

If an original message has the Reply-To: address field, then an auto-reply message will be sent to this address. If an original message does not have the Reply-To: address field, then an auto-reply message will be sent to the From: address of the original message.
- The subject line of an auto-reply message consists of the customized prefix ("Confirmation:", "Autoreply:", etc.) and the subject line of the original message.
- The body of an auto-reply message may include the original message text.

Installation
- Open Microsoft Power Automate and import the autoreplygroup2.zip file into your flows list as described here.
- The flow uses three connections: "Microsoft 365 Outlook", "Microsoft 365 Groups", and "Microsoft 365 Groups Mail". Use your existing connections or create new ones when prompted.
- Select the Microsoft 365 group in the field "Group ID" of the trigger. Save the flow.
- Turn on the flow.
Limitations
This flow is designed to auto-reply to the messages that are received by a Microsoft 365 group.
The account you are using to run the flow has to be a member of the group. Also, it should be able to send as the group.
