Purpose

UnreadNotifier flow sends a notification email with a list of messages in a shared mailbox left unread for more than an hour.

Here is an example:

UnreadNotifier is a scheduled flow. By default, it runs every hour.

Installation

  1. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. Use your existing connection or create a new one.

  2. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the UnreadNotifier.zip file to your flows list as described here.

  3. Make sure the account you are running the flow has full access permission to the shared mailbox you wish to monitor.

  4. Open the flow and modify these values:

  5. Turn on the flow.
