SortEmails Flow for Office 365

Purpose

This flow moves ingoing email from Inbox to subfolders of Inbox based on the substring of the Subject line. The array containing the pairs "substring-subfolder" is in the "Compose Rules (parameter)" action.

Installation

1. Download SortEmails1.zip file and then run Office 365 PowerAutomate and import the zip file to your flows list as described here.

2. Check connections.

3. Enable SortEmails flow.

Testing (Assuming your "Compose Rules (parameter)" action contains the data shown on the picture above)

• Run Outlook and create the subfolders "project1" and "project2" under Inbox.

• Send a test message with Subject line "SortEmails test 1 PRJ 1" to your address.

• Check if the message is moved to the subfolder "project1" under Inbox.
