Purpose
When you organize a meeting in Microsoft 365, some attendees inevitably leave the invitation unanswered. Outlook has no built-in way to remind just the people who haven't responded — the organizer either has to check each attendee's status manually and follow up individually, or simply wait and hope.
The RSVPnudge flow automates this. Run it whenever you like, and it finds your organized meetings, identifies the required attendees who haven't yet responded, and resends them the original invitation with a short reminder note — keeping the Accept/Tentative/Decline buttons fully functional, since it forwards the real meeting request rather than sending a plain email.
The RSVPnudge flow has the following features:
- Only required attendees whose status is Tentative, Not responded, or None are reminded. Attendees who already accepted or declined, and optional attendees, are left alone.
- Because the reminder is sent via a genuine forward of the meeting request, the Accept/Tentative/Decline buttons keep working for the recipient.
- The reminder note states the meeting date and time, converted to your own mailbox's time zone.
- You control how close to the meeting reminders are still sent, via a configurable "days before the event" cutoff — once a meeting is inside that window, RSVPnudge stops nudging attendees about it.
- The flow runs on demand from a button trigger, so you decide when reminders go out — from the Power Automate mobile app, Teams, or the portal. (You can also add your own scheduled trigger if you'd prefer it to run automatically.)

Current version: 1.0.0.1
Installation
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections. When importing the flow, use your existing connections or create new ones.

- Open Power Automate and import "rsvpnudgeflow_1001.zip", following the Power Automate documentation.

- Open the "stopResendingDaysBefore" action and set how many days before each meeting RSVPnudge should stop sending reminders.

- Open the "CommentHead" action to customize the wording of the reminder note added to the forwarded invitation. The
#MeetingTime#placeholder is automatically replaced with the meeting's date and time, converted to your mailbox's time zone.
- Save the flow, then turn it on.

- Since RSVPnudge uses a manual (button) trigger, run it whenever you want to send reminders — from the Power Automate mobile app, Microsoft Teams, or the "Run" button in the Power Automate portal.
