ReadAndMove Flow for Office 365

Purpose

This flow moves read emails from Inbox to subfolders of Inbox based on the domain part of the sender address. If you receive a message from microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com> and mark it as read in the Inbox, it will be moved to the subfolder Microsoft of the Inbox.

The array containing the pairs "tag-targetFolder" is in the "Compose Rules (parameter)" action.

Installation

1. Run Office 365 Power Automate and create the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections.

   

2. Download readandmove2.zip file and then run Office 365 Power Automate and import the zip file into your flows list as described here.

   

3. Turn on the ReadAndMove flow.

   

Testing

(Assuming your Compose Rules (parameter) action contains the data shown on the picture below):

• Run Outlook and create the subfolders Contoso and microsoft under the Inbox.

• Place a message from microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com to the Inbox. Mark it as read.

• Wait less 5 minutes and make sure the message is moved to the subfolder microsoft under the Inbox.
