ParseMSInvoice flow for Office 365

Purpose

ParseMSInvoice flow parses the real Microsoft invoice email and copies retrieved data to CSV file.

Installation

1. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" and "OneDrive for Business" connections. On the next step use your existing connections or create new ones.

   

2. Download ParseMSInvoice3.zip file. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the ParseMSInvoice3.zip file into your flows list as described here.

   

3. Turn on the flow.

   

4. Select "Inbox" in the "Folder" field of the "When a new email arrives (V3)" trigger.

   

Testing

1. Download the test invoice email TestMSInvoice1.eml file, open it and send it to yourself.

2. Make sure the flow runs and the CSV table is created:
