IfReplied Flow for Office 365

Purpose

IfReplied flow allows you to distinct between replied and unreplied messages.

Current version: 1.0.0.1

Installation

1. In your Outlook/OWA create a folder named "Waiting for reply"

2. Download IfReplied.zip file and then run Office 365 Power Automate and import the zip file to your flows list as described here.

3. In the "Get emails (V3)" action click a folder icon on the field "Folder" and select "Waiting for reply" in the list.

   

4. Check connections.

5. Enable IfReplied flow.

Testing

• Open Outlook/OWA and send 2 messages with subjects "Test IfReplied 1" and "Test IfReplied 2"
• Move or copy these messages from the "Sent Items" folder to the "Waiting for reply" folder
• Reply to message "Test IfReplied 1". Wait about 5 minutes. Note that email "Test IfReplied 1" is disappeared from the "Waiting for reply" folder
