GetReactionsFromSentEmail Flow for Office 365

Purpose

As you know, with reactions in Outlook, you can now react to an email message sent from someone in the same tenant without having to send a reply email. Show your appreciation and empathy with one click or tap.

This instant flow shows users' reactions to your last 10 sent emails. Use this flow as a base for your own flow that handles Outlook reactions.

Current version: 1.0.1

Installation

1. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the GetReactionsFromSentEmail.zip file to your flows list as described here.

   

2. The flow uses 2 connections: "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups". Use your existing connections or create new ones.

   

3. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

Let's suppose that your mailbox address is "jdoe@contoso.com". Modify "Initialize variable ReportRecipient (parameter)" action to place your address there:

1. Run the flow. Check the Inbox folder of jdoe@contoso.com mailbox. You'll find there an email with subject line "Reactions" that contains a table like this:

You will get a link to the file named GetReactionsFromSentEmail.zip. You have to download this file and then import it to your flows list as described above in the Installation section.
