FromFocusedToOther flow for Office 365

Purpose

FromFocusedToOther flow moves messages from the Focused tab in the Inbox folder to the Other tab based on a keyword in the subject line.

Installation

1. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. On the next step use your existing connection or create a new one.

   

2. Download FromFocusedToOther2.zip file. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the FromFocusedToOther.zip file to your flows list as described here.

   

3. Open the flow and re-select "Inbox" in the "Folder" field of the trigger.

   

4. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

Make sure the message is moved to "Other" tab.
