ForwardGroupEmail Flow for Office 365

Purpose

ForwardGroupEmail flow can forward any email delivered to an Office 365 group to another mailbox or distribution list.

Installation

1. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the ForwardGroupEmail.zip file to your flows list as described here.

   

2. The flow uses 3 connections: "Office 365 Outlook, "Office 365 Groups" and "Office 365 Groups Mail". Use your existing connections or create new ones.

   

3. Select the Office 365 group in the field "Group ID" of the trigger. Type the email address to forward mail to in the field "Value" of the "Initialize variable ForwardToAddress (parameter)" action. Save the flow.

   

4. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

Send an email to the group you selected in step #3 of the Installation section. Make sure the email has been forwarded to the email address set there.
 

Warning

What you get after purchase

You will get a link to the file named ForwardGroupEmail.zip. You have to download this file and then import it to your flows list as described above in the Installation section.

Prices

Licensing policy: you can use one license of the flow for one group mailbox. We will support only the original non-modified version of the flow as it is saved in the ForwardGroupEmail.zip file. YOU CANNOT RESELL THE FLOW.
