EmailDraftToSenders flow for Office 365

Purpose

EmailDraftToSenders flow scans all emails in the Outlook folder "EmailDraftToSenders" and creates the email draft where the "To:" field is populated with the senders' emails addresses.

Installation

1. In Outlook create the email folder "EmailDraftToSenders" on the same level as the "Inbox" folder.

   

2. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. On the next step use your existing connection or create a new one.

   

3. Download EmailDraftToSenders1.zip file. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the EmailDraftToSenders1.zip file into your flows list as described here.

   

4. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

1. Copy several emails from the "Inbox" folder to the "EmailDraftToSenders" folder.

2. Run the flow.

3. Navigate to the "Drafts" folder and make sure the draft email with pre-populated addresses in the To: field is there.
