CountEmails Flow for Office 365

 

Purpose

The flow counts the number of unread e-mails and the total number of emails in a given folder (and its subfolders) of a given mailbox and then sends a report email.

It can handle only first-level subfolders.

Installation

1. Run Office 365 Power Automate and create the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections.

   

2. Download CountEmails.zip file and then run Office 365 Power Automate and import the zip file into your flows list as described here.

   

3. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

• Run the flow and populate the fields.

• Check if the report is delivered to the address set in the "Send report to:" address field.
