AutoBCC Flow for Office 365

Purpose

AutoBCC flow forwards as BCC any email you have sent.

Installation

1. Run Office 365 Power Automate and create the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections.

   

2. Download AutoBCCFlow101.zip file and then import the zip file to your flows list as described here.

   

3. In the "Initialize variable ForwardToAddress (parameter)" and set the email address you want to BCC your sent messages.

   

4. Turn on AutoBCC flow.

   

Testing

Send a test message to any recipient and make sure it is also BCCced to the email address you have set at the step #3 of the Installation section.
