AutoApplyAFlag flow for Office 365

Purpose

AutoApplyAFlag flow applies a flag to incoming message if the sender is a member of a certain group.

Installation

1. Create the Office 365 group named "AutoApplyAFlag". Add a member there.

   

2. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections. On the next step use your existing connections or create new ones.

   

3. Download AutoApplyAFlag.zip file. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the AutoApplyAFlag.zip file into your flows list as described here.

   

4. Select "Inbox" in the trigger [1]. Do modifications in the settings [2]. Type "AutoApplyAFlag" in the "Compose Group Name" action [3].

   

5. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

1. Send a message from any member of AutoApplyAFlag group.

2. Make sure the message is flagged.
