Purpose

Problem: current Power Automate has no action to assign a category to a message.

AssignCategory template shows how you can do that using a premium connector named "HTTP with Azure AD".

Current version: 1.0.0.1

Installation

  1. Download assigncatflow.zip file and then run Office 365 PowerAutomate and import the zip file to your flows list as described here.

Testing

  1. Enable AssignCategory flow.

  2. Send a message to yourself.

  3. Make sure that a messge that is just delivered to Inbox has "testcategory2" category.

Limitations


 This flow uses the premium action named "Invoke an HTTP request". It means you have to buy "PowerApps Plan 1" or "PowerApps Plan 2".
 Unfortunately the license plan "PowerApps for Office 365 and Dynamics 365" doesn't allow you to work with premium connectors.
