ArchiveEmails Flow for Office 365

Purpose

This flow moves all emails older that X days from the Inbox folder to the Archive folder. The value of X you can set in the "Initialize variable intArchiveMessagesOlderThanXDays (parameter)" action.

Installation

1. The flow uses 2 connections: "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups". Use your existing connections or create new ones.

   

2. Download ArchiveEmails1.zip file and then run Office 365 Power Automate and import the zip file to your flows list as described here.

3. Check connections.

4. Enable ArchiveEmails flow.

Testing

• Run Outlook and make sure the folder "Archive" exists.

• Modify values in the "Recurrence" trigger to run the flow in 5 minutes. Set appropriate number of days in the "Initialize variable intArchiveMessagesOlderThanXDays (parameter)" action.

• Wait 20 minutes and check if the messages older than X days are moved to the Archive folder.
