AntiSpoofing Flow for Office 365

AntiSpoofing flow retrieves the display name of the sender and search for this display name in the list of mailboxes of your organization. If it finds a mailbox with this name and different address, it moves a message to the Junk E-mail folder and adds the category "Possible spoof".

The product is a Power Automate (former MS Flow) template.
This product can be used by any Office 365 user who can run Power Automate.

Installation

1. Download AntiSpoofing_102.zip file and then run Office 365 Power Automate and import the zip file to your flows list as described here.

   Note the flow uses only one connector: "Office 365 Groups".

   

2. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

• Send an test spoofed email message from Your Name <illegal@address.com>.
   
• Wait a minute. Make sure the message you have just sent is moved to your Junk E-mail.
