Purpose
The RoundRobin_Shared flow moves messages delivered to a selected folder of a shared mailbox into that folder's subfolders using a round robin algorithm.

Current version: 1.0.2
Installation
- Create or select a shared mailbox and make sure the account you will use to run the flow has "Full access" permission on it.
- Create three subfolders under the shared mailbox's Inbox: sub1, sub2, and sub3.
- Open Power Automate and import "RoundRobin_Shared102.zip", following the Power Automate documentation.

- Enter the address of the shared mailbox in the "Original Mailbox Address" field of the "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" trigger. Select "Inbox" in the "Folder" field.
Click the three dots and select "Settings". Turn off "Split On". Click "Done".

- Save the flow.
- Turn on the flow.

You can select any folder as the root instead of Inbox, and any number of that folder's subfolders. You can also name the subfolders as you like.
Testing
- Send six email messages with different subjects to the shared mailbox.
- After 3–5 minutes, verify that the messages have been moved from Inbox to the subfolders as shown in the diagram above.

We do not offer a demo version; however, we offer a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to request a refund. You must delete the flow upon receiving a refund.
