Purpose
The "Forward an email" action of the "Office 365 Outlook" connector in Power Automate allows you to select a recipient and add a comment to the body of the forwarded message — nothing more.
Using the ModifyAndForward flow template, you can do the following:
- Modify the subject
- Modify the message body
- Add or remove attachments
The flow can work with any shared mailbox.
Note that the ModifyAndForward flow "as is" changes the prefix "FW:" to the prefix "FORWARD:" in the subject line and adds the comment "Forwarded by ModifyAndForward_Shared flow".
To implement different behavior, you must modify the flow.
