Purpose

In Outlook for Windows, when replying or replying all to an email with attachments, the attachments are not included and must be added manually.

Many users want to retain attachments when they reply or reply to all.

This add-in allows you to reply to a message and include the original attachment.

ReplyWithAtt does not add any new buttons on your Outlook toolbar. It just changes the behavior of the standard "Reply" and "Reply All" buttons. Reply

The application is a COM add-in for Outlook.

Installation

On a client workstation where Outlook is installed, download the ReplyWithAtt-Demo.zip file and extract all files to the C:\Program Files\IvaSoft\ReplyWithAtt directory.
Exit Outlook if it is running, run ReplyWithAttSetup(DEMO).exe and follow the instructions.
Start Outlook and click File > Options > Add-ins. Select "COM add-ins" in the Manage: list box (at the bottom of the page) and click the Go button. Verify that ReplyWithAtt appears in the list and it is checked.

Testing

Select any message with an attachment in your Inbox. Click the "Reply" button.

A warning message will appear. Click Cancel to close it.
Note the reply message contains the attachment from the original message.
Do the same test using the "Reply All" button.

Uninstallation

Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. Select ReplyWithAtt in the list. Right-click and click Uninstall. Follow the instructions.
