Purpose
The UnreadNotifier flow sends a notification email with a list of messages that have remained unread in a shared mailbox for more than an hour. Here is an example:
The UnreadNotifier is a scheduled flow. By default, it runs every hour.

Installation
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. When importing the flow, use your existing connection or create a new one.
- Open Power Automate and import "UnreadNotifier.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.
- Verify that the account running the flow has full access to the shared mailbox you wish to monitor.
- Open the flow and modify the configuration values as shown.
- Turn on the flow.
