Purpose
The ToggleRules add-in allows you to enable or disable multiple rules at once. It supports two sets of rules: RuleSet1 and RuleSet2. Each set can contain any number of rules.

Installation
- Exit Outlook if it is running. Then download the ToggleRulesSetup.zip, extract all files to C:\Program Files\IvaSoft\ToggleRules, run ToggleRulesSetup.exe, and follow the instructions.
- Start Outlook and click File > Options > Add-ins. Select "COM add-ins" in the Manage: list box (at the bottom of the dialog) and click the "Go" button. Verify that ToggleRules appears in the list and is checked.
Testing
- Open the ToggleRules options window by clicking the small arrow in the lower right corner of the "ToggleRules" group in the Explorer ribbon.
- Select rules in the "Unassigned Rules" list and move them to "RuleSet1" using the "<" button, and to "RuleSet2" using the ">" button. Click "Disable All" under each set.
- Click "Close" to exit the options window.
- Select the "RuleSet1" checkbox in the "ToggleRules" group in the Explorer ribbon. Verify that the RuleSet1 rules are enabled.
Uninstallation
You can uninstall the add-in via Settings > Apps — labeled "Installed Apps" in Windows 11 or "Apps & features" in Windows 10.
FAQ
What is the difference between the trial version and the registered version?
The trial version allows you to place up to three rules in each rule set; the registered version allows you to place any number of rules in each rule set.
How can I upgrade from the trial version to the registered version?
Open the ToggleRules options window and click the "Register" button. The "Register ToggleRules" dialog will appear. If you know your Registration Name and Registration ID, fill in the appropriate fields and click the "Close" button. Note that "Version X.X.X.X (registered)" is shown in the status line. If you do not have the registration information, click the "Order Online" button.
