Purpose
Users who have full access to a shared mailbox cannot see emails marked as "Private" — Outlook silently hides them. The same emails are visible when the mailbox is opened in OWA.

The SetSensitivity flow changes the sensitivity flag to "Normal" for any message delivered to a shared mailbox. After that, the message is displayed normally in Outlook.
Current version: 1.0.0.3
Installation
- Select a shared mailbox you have full access to.
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections. When importing the flow, use your existing connections or create new ones.

- Download the "SetSensitivity3.zip" file.
- Open Power Automate and import "SetSensitivity3.zip", following the Power Automate documentation.

- In the "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" trigger, set the "Original Mailbox Address" field to the email address of the shared mailbox you selected in step 1.

- Turn on the flow.

Testing
- Disable the SetSensitivity3 flow.
- Compose and send a message to the shared mailbox selected during installation.
- Open OWA and verify that you can see the message in the Inbox folder of the shared mailbox.
- Open Outlook and wait up to a few minutes. Verify that the message is not visible in the Inbox folder of the shared mailbox.
- Enable the SetSensitivity3 flow.
- Open Outlook and wait up to a few minutes. Verify that the message is now visible in the Inbox folder of the shared mailbox.
