Purpose
The SetReminder flow automatically sets a reminder for meeting invitations you receive, using a default number of minutes you choose in advance — so you will get a heads-up before the meeting even if the person who scheduled it did not set one.
It does not apply to appointments or meetings you organize yourself — only to invitations you receive from someone else.
Current version: 1.0.2
Installation
- When importing the flow, use your existing "Office 365 Outlook" connection or create a new one.

- Download the "setreminderflow102.zip" file.
- Open Power Automate and import "setreminderflow102.zip", following the Power Automate documentation.

- Select the default Calendar in the "Calendar id" field of the trigger.

- Set the number of minutes in the Inputs field of the "Compose TimeInMinutesBeforeEventStartToRemind (parameter)" action.

- Save the flow.
- Turn on the flow.

Testing
- Send a test meeting invitation from another user to yourself. Verify the reminder is off.

- Open Outlook and verify that the meeting invitation has the reminder time set.
