SeparateMeetingMessages flow

Purpose

The SeparateMeetingMessages flow moves sent meeting requests and responses to a subfolder of the default Sent Items folder.

Installation

1. Open Outlook and create the subfolder "MeetingMessages" under the "Sent Items" folder.
2. When importing the flow, use your existing "Office 365 Outlook" connection or create a new one.
   
3. Download the "SeparateMeetingMessages.zip" file.
4. Open Power Automate and import "SeparateMeetingMessages.zip", following the Power Automate documentation.
   
5. Turn on the flow.
   

Testing

1. Open Outlook and send a meeting request.
2. Verify that the sent meeting request has moved to the "MeetingMessages" folder.
