Purpose
The ReplyAndMove add-in moves both the reply and original messages to a predefined folder.
Example: suppose you have a group of users who process incoming orders received in the shared mailbox "Orders". Each email requires a reply. After you reply to or forward a message, the add-in will move both the original order email and the reply to the "Processed" folder.

Note that this scenario uses "reply and save", but you can also implement "reply and delete" or "reply and archive" simply by changing the target folder (labeled C in the diagram above).
Current version: 1.0.2
Installation
- Exit Outlook if it is running. Then download the ReplyAndMove-Demo.zip, extract all files to C:\Program Files\IvaSoft\ReplyAndMove, run ReplyAndMoveSetup.exe, and follow the instructions.
- Start Outlook and click File > Options > Add-ins. Select "COM add-ins" in the Manage: list box (at the bottom of the page) and click "Go". Verify that ReplyAndMove appears in the list and is checked.

- Click the "Add-in Options..." button and select "ReplyAndMove".
- Place your default Sent Items folder in the first list.
- Place your default Inbox in the left column of the second list.
- Create a new folder named Processed and place it in the right column of the second list.
- Click "Exit" to close the options window.
Testing
- Send a test message from your external email account. Verify it is delivered to your Inbox.
- Reply to the message and send it.
- Verify that both messages are moved to the Processed folder.

Demo Version Notes
The demo version appends the tag "[DEMO]" to the subject line of each message processed; the full version does not.
Uninstallation
You can uninstall the add-in via Settings > Apps — labeled "Installed Apps" in Windows 11 or "Apps & features" in Windows 10.
