Purpose

The NoEmptySender flow moves messages with an empty From address (displayed as <> in Outlook) to the "Junk Email" folder.

Installation

  1. When importing the flow, use your existing "Office 365 Outlook" connection or create a new one.

  2. Download the "NoEmptySender.zip" file.
  3. Open Power Automate and import "NoEmptySender.zip", following the Power Automate documentation.

  4. Select "Inbox" in the trigger (1). Make the necessary modifications in the settings (2). Select "Junk Email" in the "Move email (V2)" action (3).

  5. Turn on the flow.
