Purpose
The MostRecentEmail flow automatically moves emails with a specific subject line from the Inbox to a designated folder, excluding the most recent email. The flow is compatible with any Office 365 user's personal mailbox.

Installation
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. When importing the flow, use your existing connection or create a new one.

- Download the "MostRecentEmail1.zip" file.
- Open Power Automate and import "MostRecentEmail1.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.

- Enter the subject line used for email filtering into the "Compose Settings" action, as shown above [1].
- Select the destination folder in the "Move email (V2) - select the target folder here!" action as shown above [2].
- Modify the "When a new email arrives (V3)" trigger as shown below.

- Turn on the flow.

Testing
Scenario: Testing email handling for the subject "Supply Count".
Using any external mailbox:
- Send an email with the subject "Supply Count" and verify it arrives in the Inbox.
- Reply to this email from your Office 365 mailbox and verify your reply is delivered to the external mailbox.
- From the external mailbox, reply to your message.
- Verify the email with the subject "RE: Supply Count" arrives in the Inbox.
- Verify the flow moves the original "Supply Count" email from the Inbox to the target folder "SupplyCount".
