IfReplied flow

Purpose

The IfReplied flow allows you to distinguish between replied and unreplied messages.

Installation

1. In Outlook/OWA, create a folder named "Waiting for reply".
2. Download the "IfReplied.zip" file.
3. Open Power Automate and import "IfReplied.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.
   
4. In the "Get emails (V3)" action, click the folder icon in the "Folder" field and select "Waiting for reply" from the list.
   
5. Turn on the flow.
   

Testing

1. Open Outlook/OWA and send two messages with subjects "Test IfReplied 1" and "Test IfReplied 2".
2. Move or copy these messages from the "Sent Items" folder to the "Waiting for reply" folder.
3. Reply to message "Test IfReplied 1".
4. Wait about 5 minutes, then verify that the email "Test IfReplied 1" has been removed from the "Waiting for reply" folder.
