GetTimezoneByCountryCodeAndZip flow for Office 365

Purpose

GetTimezoneByCountryCodeAndZip flow returns the local time and time zone by given country code and zip code.

Installation

1. The flow uses the "OneDrive for Business" connection. On the next step use your existing connection or create a new one.

   

2. Download GetTimezoneByCountryCodeAndZip.zip file. Run Office 365 Power Automate and import the GetTimezoneByCountryCodeAndZip.zip file into your flows list as described here.

   

3. Register at https://www.geonames.org and navigate to https://www.geonames.org/export/web-services.html#timezone.

4. Open the flow in edit mode and place the country code, the zip code and your GeoNames user name to the appropriate fields. Save the flow.

   

5. Turn on the flow.

   

Testing

Run the flow. After finishing the flow make sure the variables LocalDateTime and ZoneOffsetUTCFormatted contain correct values.
