FromFocusedToOther flow

Purpose

The FromFocusedToOther flow moves messages from the Focused tab in the Inbox folder to the Other tab based on a keyword in the subject line.

Installation

1. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. When importing the flow, use your existing connection or create a new one.
   
2. Download the "FromFocusedToOther2.zip" file.
3. Open Power Automate and import "FromFocusedToOther2.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.
   
4. Open the flow and select "Inbox" in the "Folder" field of the trigger.
   
5. Turn on the flow.
   

Testing

1. Send a message that contains the word "test" in the subject line to your Outlook mailbox.
2. Verify that the message has been moved to the "Other" tab.
