Purpose
The FilterExternalEmail flow separates external emails from internal emails in the user's inbox. The flow is compatible with any Office 365 user's personal mailbox.
Installation
- In Outlook, create the top-level email folder "Inbox - External".
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. When importing the flow, use your existing connection or create a new one.

- Download the "FilterExternalEmail1.zip" file.
- Open Power Automate and import the "FilterExternalEmail1.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.

- Select the folder "Inbox" in the trigger "When a new email arrives (V3)".

- Configure the "When a new email arrives (V3)" trigger.

- Select the folder "Inbox - External" in the "Move email (V2) - select the target folder here!" action.

- Turn on the flow.

Testing
- Send an email from any external mailbox and make sure it is moved to the "Inbox - External" folder.

- Send an email from any internal mailbox and verify it remains in the Inbox.
