Purpose
This template can be used as a base for a customized Power Automate flow that handles email messages. It works together with an Exchange Online transport rule to execute an Approve/Reject action based on certain criteria.

The flow can handle all messages of all users or selected messages of selected users.
- Spam filtering
- Content filtering
- Recipient-based message delivery restrictions
- Sender-based message delivery restrictions
- Allowing/denying mail flow based on date and time
The template "as is" always approves each approval request. To convert the template to a solution, you need to define the business logic — that is, the Power Automate actions that determine whether an email should be approved or rejected. Some experience with Power Automate is required.

Limitations
- The flow cannot modify or re-route emails. It can either allow further delivery of the message to its final destination or block it.
- The flow runs in cooperation with a single transport rule and a single shared mailbox.
- By default, the sender receives a customized reject notification. If you wish to block such notifications, you must create an additional transport rule in Exchange Online.
