Purpose

The EmailDraftToSenders flow scans all emails in the Outlook folder "EmailDraftToSenders" and creates an email draft with the "To:" field populated with the senders' email addresses.

Installation

1. In Outlook, create an email folder called "EmailDraftToSenders" on the same level as the "Inbox" folder.
   

2. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. When importing the flow, use your existing connection or create a new one.
   
3. Download the "EmailDraftToSenders1.zip" file.
4. Open Power Automate and import the "EmailDraftToSenders1.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.
   
5. Turn on the flow.
   

Testing

1. Copy several emails from the "Inbox" folder to the "EmailDraftToSenders" folder and run the flow.
2. Navigate to the "Drafts" folder and make sure a draft email with pre-populated addresses in the To: field has been created.
