CountEmails flow

Purpose

The flow counts the number of unread emails and the total number of emails in a specified folder (and its first-level subfolders) of a specified mailbox, and then sends a report email.

Installation

1. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections. When importing the flow, use your existing connections or create new ones.
   
2. Download the "CountEmails.zip" file.
3. Open Power Automate and import "CountEmails.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.
   
4. Turn on the flow.
   

Testing

1. Run the flow, enter the mailbox address and folder name in the relevant fields, and set the report recipient address.
2. Verify that the report has been delivered to the address entered in the "Send report to:" field.
