Purpose

The AutoApplyAFlag flow applies a flag to an incoming message if the sender is a member of a certain group.

Installation

1. Create the Office 365 group named "AutoApplyAFlag". Add at least one member.
   
2. The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" and "Office 365 Groups" connections. In the next step, use your existing connections or create new ones.
   
3. Download the AutoApplyAFlag.zip file, then open Power Automate and import it into your flows list as described in the Power Automate documentation.
   
4. Select "Inbox" in the trigger [1]. Make the necessary modifications in the settings [2]. Type "AutoApplyAFlag" in the "Compose Group Name" action [3].
   
5. Turn on the flow.
   

Testing

1. Send a message from any member of the AutoApplyAFlag group.
2. Make sure the message is flagged.
